Kelia Burley is incredible! She genuinely cares for both my own hair and my niece’s locs, making every visit special. I truly appreciate how thoughtful she is when scheduling our appointments. And whenever we arrive, she’s always ready to go—it's a fantastic experience each time!

Key is excellent at what she does. When she has an earlier opening, she is good about asking if you would like to move your appointment up. When you sit in her chairs (one for shampoo and the other to be styled), you feel right at home. She has the tv going and she remembers what has been going on in your life to ask you about it. I love coming to get my hair re-twisted. I’m starting to see some hang time.
